A summary of the message given by Vice President Myong-kwan Lee during the opening ceremony of the 1492nd Hyojeong CheonBo 2-day Workshop

I would like to thank all the church leaders, community leaders, and members who have come here today from all across Korea, from Japan, and from many other countries from all around the world. It is nice to see so many members here today, in this harvest season when the autumn foliage in the Hyojeong Cheonwon Holy Ground is so full of rich color.
This year marks the 48th anniversary of the founding of the Cheongpyeong Training Center in 1971, and the 21st anniversary of the start of the Ancestor Liberation and Blessing Ceremonies in 1999. On February 12, 1999, Cheongpyeong Training Center held the first Ancestor Liberation Ceremony for generations 1-7 on the paternal side. And on December 12, 1999, Ancestor Blessing Ceremony for generations 1-7 on the paternal side began. Tomorrow, October 6, is the historic day when we will see the first Ancestor Blessing Ceremony that includes ancestors up to 430 generations.
You are here attending a truly amazing and blessed workshop. It is not easy for us to continue to liberate and bless our ancestors over the course of the past 21 years, but our members have been absolutely obedient to True Parents with prayer and sincerity, and now we have received the great grace to be able to bless our ancestors up to 430 generations starting from tomorrow. It is a great blessing for so many members to have the opportunity to attend the first Ancestor Blessing Ceremony for generations up to 430. Among the more than 8,800 people who are attending this workshop, more than 5,800 of them will attend the Ancestor Blessing Ceremony tomorrow.
In a speech on September 20, 2018, True Mother told us, “By Foundation Day in 2020, all the Unification families around the world must complete the liberation and blessing of their ancestors up to 430 generations and accomplish the mission of the heavenly tribal messiahs to bless 430 couples, so they can have their achievements recorded in CheonBo Won.” To make it possible to complete this liberation and blessing work, True Parents have given us the special dispensation to be able to liberate 49 generations at a time during the 15-month period from the 1449th Hyojeong CheonBo 2-day Workshop on December 1, 2018 until Foundation Day 2020.
True Parents decided to make this special period so that we can complete all our ancestor liberations and blessings by Foundation Day next year. True Parents explained that all those liberated ancestors, who will become absolute good spirits, will attend the 2020 Foundation Day celebration. Since we don’t have much time between now and February of next year, we will hold seven more Ancestor Blessing Ceremonies between now and Foundation Day; in the first and third weeks of October and November, in the third and fourth weeks of December, and in the third week of January, 2020. This makes it possible for anybody who has completed the liberation of their ancestors up to generations 430 by October of this year to bless them during these seven Ancestor Blessing Ceremonies or at an Ancestor Blessing Ceremony for generations 1-430 which will be held together with the 2020 Foundation Day Blessing Ceremony at KINTEX in Ilsan.

Let’s all complete the vertical and horizontal victory of the heavenly tribal messiah mission and have our achievements recorded in CheonBo Won

To summarize the four kinds of grace we receive through ancestor liberation and blessing, the first one is that our lineage will be united into one restored bloodline in heaven’s lineage. In other words, our ancestors in the spirit world are moved out of Satan’s lineage and are recorded in the heavenly genealogy and become part of the lineage of blessed families.
The second grace is that you can clean up the connection that binds our ancestors to sin and evil. This is the way to remove decadence. The third grace of the ancestor liberation and blessing is that we can become qualified to have our achievements recorded in CheonBo Won. Liberating and blessing our ancestors up to 430 generations is the way to complete the vertical victory of the heavenly tribal messiah mission, and blessing 430 couples is the way to complete the horizontal victory. We must accomplish both of these standards, the vertical and the horizontal, so that our achievements will be recorded in CheonBo Won. Since True Parents have declared that 430 generations of ancestor blessings and the blessing of 430 couples are the standard for the mission of the heavenly tribal messiahs, we must have a strong resolution to absolutely fulfill that goal before we go to the spirit world.
True Parents held a Dedication Ceremony for CheonBo Won on August 28 last year. Since then, True Parents bestowed the name “CheonBo Won” with the meaning of “A place treasured by heaven.” On Foundation Day this year, February 17, the Grand Dedication Ceremony for CheonBo Won was held and the entire four floor exhibition experience was temporarily opened. And on May 10, this year, the historic Grand Opening Ceremony for CheonBo Won was held in attendance to True Parents. Since then the status of CheonBo Won has been firmly established as a much sought-after pilgrimage destination with completed historical and inspirational exhibitions on every floor.
Also, True Parents told us that starting from Foundation Day next year, the CheonBo Won will belong to the Cheon Il Guk Five Wons (departments), and the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center will belong to the CheonBo Won. True Parents have given us the amazing blessing of raising the status of the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center.
The fourth grace of participating in ancestor blessings is that we will be protected by our ancestors as they become absolute good spirits. Forty days after the ancestor blessing, they are fully transformed into absolute good spirits. If we take a look at one generation, we can see that there are eight ancestors from the paternal side, the maternal side, our father’s maternal side, and our mother’s maternal side. If you count the ancestors in 430 generations, you will find there are 3,440 people. If you bless these four lines of your ancestors up to 430 generations, 3,440 absolute good spirits will be created. When both the husband and the wife bless their ancestors, it means that 6,880 absolute good spirits will be there to escort, and cooperate with and protect their family. It is an amazing blessing that we are protected by such strong allies as these absolute good spirits.
We can see that there is tremendous grace that can come to us through ancestor liberation and blessing. It is my sincere hope that all of our blessed families can inherit divine fortune and heavenly treasure by blessing their ancestors up to 430 generations.
