On 10.1 by the heavenly calendar in the 7th year of Cheon Il Guk (Oct. 28, 2019) at 12:30 p.m., a dedication service was held to consecrate the portraits of Hyo-jin nim, who opens and liberates the deepest realms of heaven and turns it into a flower garden as the lord who opens the gates of loyalty and filial piety, and Heung-jin nim, who is the commander in chief of the spirit world. Training Center Education and Promotion Department Director Jong-jin Kim led the service with the following program: Opening remarks- Singing of the Cheon Il Guk Anthem-Gyeongbae-Progress reports- Dedication of portraits-Benediction prayer (President Gi-seong Lee)-Greeting address-Closing remarks.
Hyo-jin nim and Heung-jin nim, now in royal robes and official hats, are dressed appropriately as part of the royal family in the spirit world. They greeted all the members with a totally refined new look.
President Gi-seong Lee offered a benediction prayer:
“In order to fulfill the providence of heaven, Heung-jin nim, who knows the cosmic value and nobility of True Parents, ascended to heaven with the resolution and determination to sacrifice himself on behalf of True Parents. Finally, True Father ascended to the spirit world after accomplishing all of his responsibility on the earth and now still is working to complete the establishment of Cheon Il Guk together with True Mother who remains on the earth. 
While True Mother offered her three years of memorial jeongseong to comfort Heaven, Hyojin-jim and Heung-jin nim who have become the united True Cain and True Abel as true elder brother and younger brother, alleviated True Mother’s pain as she shed tears alone. With the added unity and support of Yeon-ah nim and Hoon-sook nim on the earth, True Mother completed her three years of memorial jeongseong and let all people around the world know that True Parents had succeeded in establishing a four position foundation in heaven and on earth.”
