On the second day of the Great Works, a Hyojeong Offering Ceremony for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune was held at 1:40 p.m. at the CheongShim Peace World Center with a total of 20,000 Cheon Il Guk leaders and members from all around the world, including 80 ACLC and KCLC pastors in attendance to True Parents. Part One of the program was a passionate chanyang yeoksa session that began at 1:50 p.m., led by the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center Japanese Workshop Team Leader Toshiaki Yokoi and other lecturers. The branch training center presidents, Shin-chul nim and 40-day trainee volunteers also stood on the stage leading the chanyang session with heavenly soldiers and angels. The whole arena was engulfed in a huge wave of united CheonBo, filled with members from all around the world and Christian Clergy. They worked enthusiastically to remove evil spirits throughout their bodies following the guidance of the chanyang team. Part Two of the event was a Grand Revival with Christian Clergy. Senior Pastor Noel Jones, Rev. Mark Abernathy, and Prophet Samuel Radebe gave stirring keynote addresses, filling all the participants with the fire of the Holy Spirit.  

Following this came Part Three, the Hyojeong Offering Ceremony for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune. With Vice President Myong-kwan Lee as MC, the program began with a commemorative video of 2019 Autumn Hyojeong CheonBo Great Works. A memorial service marking the 30th anniversary of the ascension of Soon-ae Hong Daemo nim was also held. First a memorial video honoring Daemo nim's life of hyojeong was shown. Through the video, all the participants could see how Daemo nim dedicated her entire life to attending True Parents. Her devotion to her faith with utmost jeongseong and made her the beacon of the revival. At the end of the video presentation, the audience erupted into enthusiastic warm applause acknowledging their respect and gratitude toward Daemo nim. On behalf of True Mother and all members, representatives offered flowers to honor her memory. Following this, the Hyojeong Offering Ceremony proceeded in earnest. Following a performance by Hyojeong-moo, symbolizing absolute good spirits and angels, the attendants entered the hall, followed by 16 Church leaders holding boxes of Hyojeong Offering Papers. President Gi-seong Lee read the report of gratitude to Heaven: "We are grateful to be here and able to attend True Parents, who are the Cheon Il Guk emperor and empress of truth, holiness and virtue, the enthroned sovereigns of absolute victory over all people, for the holy reign of peace and prosperity in all aspects, Hyo-jin nim, who is the owner and lord to open the gates of loyalty and filial piety, Heung-jin nim, who is the commander in chief of the spiritual world, and Daemo nim, who lived a life loyalty to heaven. I am also deeply grateful that You have allowed us this holy altar, guarded on all sides by absolute good spirits and angels.

Four dedicators (Region 1 Director Jin-tae Ju, Heavenly Japan President Tokuno Eiji, President, Heavenly USA President Ki-hoon Kim, SunHak UP Graduate University Thomas Selover) stood on the stage and dissolved the Hyojeong Offering Papers into the Water of Life. President Gi-seong Lee and his wife offered the crystal bowl containing the dissolved Hyojeong Offering Papers at the offering table. The whole audience prayed with the hope that all the dedication and desires written on their Hyojeong Offering Papers would be directly conveyed to Heaven and fulfilled and they joined their hands to offer a Hyojeong Offering Prayer of Gratitude. On the stage, an image of the Jeongshim Won was projected, and President Gi-seong Lee offered his sincere benediction prayer: "Like a holy candle burning 365 days a year without being extinguished, I pray that our jeongseong will never be extinguished and we always place our love for True Parents before all else. I further pray that all our wishes may be fulfilled and that we may successfully cut all our ties with the sinful and evil works.

From 4:00 p.m., Part Four, the Victory Celebration and Special Gathering hosted by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind was held. True Mother offered her gratitude to Heaven for the establishment of KCLC and the work of ACLC and KCLC for the sake of Heavenly Korea. She spoke of how unfortunate it is that the Christian cultural sphere has taken such a long time to accept the heavenly providence. She explained the history of Christianity and their lack of understanding and the history of restoration of providence which showed why she came to earth as the only begotten daughter and why all humanity must be reborn as children of Heavenly Parent through True Parents.
