The second stage of the CheongBo Providence was the time when Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim guided the work of the Holy Spirit. This period continued for around 20 years from January 1, 1995 until October 26, 2014. In accordance with True Parent’s will, the environment of the CheonBo Holy Ground was prepared for the work of separation of spirits, ancestor liberation ceremonies, and ancestor blessing ceremonies under the supervision of True Parents during this period. The work of the Holy Spirit at Cheongpyeong Training Center started on January 19, 1995. After this, Hong Sun-ae Dae Mo Nim traveled back and forth between earth and spirit world, fulfilling spirit work on behalf of True Mother who is the substantial Holy Spirit. Such work of the Holy Spirit at Cheongpyeong is the work of reviving and nurturing families on earth. Regarding the work of separating evil spirits, True Father said, “Now, because many people from contacted by evil spirits and are suffering from harm, we must completely sever this connection and sweep away all the evil spirits.”(CBG 11-3-2-18; 8 Jan 1999)

With this work of liberating spirits, it was now possible to conduct Blessing ceremonies for them. True Parents officiated a Blessing for spirit persons on August 23, 1995, two days before the International Marriage Blessing Ceremony of 360,000 couples. This included Chung Mo Nim’s family and Dae Mo Nim’s family, and then during the 40 million Couples Blessing on November 29, 1997, the Blessing of 3.2 billion people in the spirit world were included. On that day, they opened the Blessing up to spirit people. Subsequently, on January 8, 1999, with the Proclamation of Complete Liberation for the Cosmic Expansion of the Marriage Blessing and the Rooting Out of Satan ’s Lineage (298-217~221, 8 Jan 1999), True Parents completed the preparations for holding ancestor liberation and blessing ceremonies, and the ancestor blessing ceremony was held on December 12.


1996.11.5. Tree of Love Prayer

Ancestor liberations and ancestor blessings were possible since True Parents appeared on the earth, discontinued the bloodline of the satanic world, and established all the necessary indemnity conditions. The entire providence of restoration in spirit world and on earth had come to fruition. True Parents directed, “When you go to the Cheongpyeong Training Center, you must participate in ancestor liberation ceremonies and Blessing ceremonies. Provided your ancestors are liberated and blessed quickly, as blessed ancestors in the angelic world they will do the work of protecting the blessed families on earth. Accordingly, there will be no hardships on earth and you will escape from the realm where Satan can invade. If you do not do that, you cannot escape.”(CBG 11-3-2-20; 31 Mar 2000)


1999.12.12. The first Ancestor Blessing Ceremony for seven generations of the direct lineage

During the third stage of the CheonBo Providence that started from October 27, 2014, Hyojeong Cheonwon Holy Ground as the actual sanctuary and workplace under the direct dominion of True Parents should become the Bonhyang Won (Original Homeland) for all of humankind. In other words, in this age of heavenly works directly and actually supervised by True Parents, True Father in heaven and True Mother on earth become one and directly grant the great forgiveness of actual grace and blessing. Accordingly, Blessed families will receive rebirth as substantial Tribal Messiahs, perfecting spiritual salvation and realizing the ideal of the three great blessings, by blessing their ancestors in HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center to the 430th generation. In addition, the substantial cooperation and direct spiritual and physical growth and development of the spirit world will be realized beyond the personal level to family, tribe, people, nation and world.


2012.9.15. The Universal Seonghwa Ceremony of Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind

True Father ascended on the 17th day of the 7th month by the heavenly calendar, 2012. On the 13th day following his Ascension, the 29th day of the 7th month by the heavenly calendar, ‘The Universal Seonghwa of Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind’ took place at the CheongShim Peace World Center and other places in Hyojeong Cheonwon Holy Ground while 35,000 worldwide representative members attended under a solemn atmosphere. After his Universal Seonghwa, True Father not only reformed the spirit world but rearranged the order of the spirit world, and granted greater grace and forgiveness. True Mother also said “Spirit world has been changed after True Father’s Universal Seonghwa.”


2013.2.22 (1.13 of the heavenly calendar in the 1st year of Cheon Il Guk) Cheon Il Guk Coronation Ceremony of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind

In order to support the work for the victory of 2020 and the settlement of the new Cheon Il Guk age, True Mother said, “Cheongpyeong should return to its original goal. Save family members, and nurture family members.” On October 27, 2014, she reorganized the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center. True Mother added “From the time when the work was centered on Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim, we are entering the age of work under True Parents’ direct dominion.” This clarified that the age of direct dominion of work by True Parents at Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center we are entering the age where all works is held under True Parents’ direct dominion has started.

The following year, 2015, was the third anniversary of True Father’s Universal Seonghwa. True Father completed the foundation in the spiritual and physical world while completing a hard journey for three years in spirit world. True Mother emphasized that by April 16 ancestor liberation and ancestor blessings up to 420 generations should be carried out. In other words, she said, “If ancestor liberation up to 420 generations is done, the paradigm of the world will change. The spiritual work will change the environment. It is particularly important to get help from Japanese Ancestors. ”Later, on the 1000th day anniversary ceremony of True Father’s Universal Seonghwa, on May 30th, True Mother emphasized again that ancestor liberation in the spirit world should be done up to 420 generations to fulfil the mission of heavenly tribal messiah.


2015.3.6. 2015 Cheon Il Guk Leaders Assembly

On August 27, 2015 (7/14 by the heavenly calendar), three days before True Father’s Universal Seonghwa, True Mother emphasized that their first and second sons, Hyo Jin Nim and Heung Jin Nim, who had already gone to the spirit world, stood in the positions of Cain and Abel, saying, “We need to put Hyo Jin Nim’s portrait at Jeongshim Won. ”True Mother clarified, “Heavenly Commander Heung Jin Nim stands at the center of the spirit world right now, but it’s Hyo Jin Nim’s turn to stand in the position to support True Parents as the first son.”True Mother said that Hyo Jin Nim’s portrait should be placed on the right side of True Parents’ portrait, on their left side is Heung Jin Nim’s portrait, and on the right side, the portrait of Hong Sun-ae Dae Mo Nim.

1985.7.8. Hyo Jin Nim speaks at the ‘1st Blessed Children’s 40-Day Workshop

Hyo Jin Nim ascended on March 17, 2008, and his World Seonghwa Ceremony was held two days later, with 2,100 people attending, at the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center. During the speech, True Parents explained the meaning of the calligraphic writing, ‘Simcheon Gaebang-won, Chunghyo Gaemun-ju’ (He will open and liberate the deepest heaven and turn it into a flower garden as the lord who opens the gates of loyalty and filial piety), which was bestowed on Hyo Jin Nim. ‘Simcheon Gaebang-won’ means deep, wide, and infinite garden that can open spirit world (Simcheon). And ‘Chunghyo Gaemun-ju’ means devoted children and loyal subjects who can be the lords of liberation by supporting heavens original standard.

Putting Hyo Jin Nim’s portrait in Jeongshim Won initiated a significant change in the spiritual atmosphere. Thus, during the 2015 Autumn Cheongpyeong Special Great Works (October 23-25), the number of members who had spiritual experiences with True Parents significantly increased, and there were many who testified that they witnessed Hyo Jin Nim standing on their right side.
Now the system for ancestor liberation is well organized, bringing more absolute good spirits. The time has come for our members to come to Cheongpyeong to experience the Cheongpyeong Works. Coming to the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center and joining the Chanyang Yeoksa will give you guidance in your life. 2016.2.11. Hyo Jin Nim’s Portrait Enshrinement Service

Until the third anniversary of True Father’s Universal Seonghwa, True Mother offered three years of mourning devotions, creating a trinity with True Father in heaven, centering on Heavenly Parent. True Mother later stated “The three years of mourning devotions was not my work alone. It was True Mother on the earth and True Father in the spirit world, centering on the Heavenly Parent, creating a trinity.” Along with this foundation, another foundation was made through the unity between Hyo Jin Nim and Heung Jin Nim as Cain and Abel. The four position foundation of the True Family was firmly established in the spiritual and physical world, finally opening the age for the realization of Cheon Il Guk.


2015.8.30. The Third Universal Seonghwa Memorial of Sun Myung Moon, True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind

After the 17th day of the 7th month by the heavenly calendar in the 3rd year of Cheon Il Guk (August 30, 2015), the third anniversary of True Father’s Universal Seonghwa, True Parents have been opening the age of direct dominion of the spirit world and the physical world. True Mother on earth and True Father in heaven achieved oneness in heart, oneness in body, and oneness in thought, and can advance the providence by directing both the spiritual world and physical world. This established a stable new age of order in the spiritual world since True Father has reorganized the spiritual world for the three years after his ascension and Hyo Jin Nim now stands in the restored position of the first son. True Mother spoke a great deal about the changes in the CheonBo Providence three years after True Father’s Universal Seongwha.


2015.10.24. The Opening Ceremony of Chinhwa Park

“From now on, if there is unity with True Parents, there will be miracles. If you invest yourself in prayer and devotion, your problems will be solved. This is possible because the spiritual base is already prepared. It is time for spirit world to support us automatically. Through the foundation established by investing 21 years of devotion, the automatic system has been set up. 2015.10.24. The Opening Ceremony of Chinhwa Park

Now that three years have passed since True Father’s Universal Seonghwa, the work of the returning resurrection to become one with True Parents is very active at HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center. Such work of the Holy Spirit shows that new life can be born based on the foundation of True Parents through the separation of spirits, ancestor liberation, and ancestor blessing, which had been conducted during the second stage of the CheonBo Providence. 2015.10.24. 2015 Autumn Cheongpyeong Special Great Works: True Parents' Special Assembly

True Parents granted the grace of Hyojeong Offering Papers as well as separation of evil spirits and blessing of ancestors for the providence of spiritual and physical salvation. True Parents visited Cheongpyeong Training Center on July 28, 2004, and said, “Our worldwide members should write Fulfillment of Wishes Paper (Hyojeong Offering Paper) and hold Purification Festivals. Let them write the wishes of family members on Fulfillment of Wishes Paper (Hyojeong Offering Paper) and set the spirit world in order.” Thanks to this providence of the Fulfillment of Wishes Paper (Hyojeong Offering Paper) introduced by True Parents, many family members could receive great blessings as they continue to offer moving testimonies about their experiences. On April 9, 2005 (3/1 on the lunar calendar), True Parents bestowed the new title ‘Prayer-Wish Purification Ceremony for Restoration’ instead of the previous ‘Purification Ceremony.’


2016.5.7. Prayer-Wish Offering Ceremony for Restoration of the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune

The CheonBo Providence has been continuously developing through True Parents’ sincere devotion and victory. After going through the 1st level, the formation stage (1971- 1995), and the 2nd level, the growth stage (1995-2014), the CheonBo Providence now has entered the completion stage; the era in which True Parents directly preside over the spirit world and physical world. Following this change in the providence, True Parents changed the PWPCR to the Prayer-Wish Offering Ceremony for Restoration (PWOCR) on May 7, 2016. The background of the PWOCR, which will be conducted according to the words of True Parents, is as follows:


2016.5.7. Prayer-Wish Offering Ceremony for Restoration of the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune

The Prayer-Wish Purification Ceremony for Restoration was a ceremony wherein the Wish Papers (Hyojeong Offering Papers) were placed in a chamber and burnt. This ceremony was conducted during the growth stage of the CheonBo Providence, from January 19, 1995 to October 27, 2014. However, on the victorious foundation of the 3rd Anniversary of True Father’s Universal Seonghwa, and in alignment with the age of the CheonBo Providence in which True Parents directly preside over the spirit world and physical world, we can still receive the benefit of the Hyojeong Offering Papers. True Parents said that even though this external ceremony has changed, the practical value of the Hyojeong Offering Ceremony for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune is linked to the previous Prayer-Wish Purification Ceremony for Restoration, and still carries the same grace. According to True Parents’ words, the Prayer-Wish Purification Ceremony for Restoration has been changed to its new name, the Hyojeong Offering Ceremony for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune. It will be continued every year in May, together with the Spring Hyojeong CheonBo Great Works for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune.

2016.9.11. The ‘Prayer-Wish Dedication Ceremony for Restoration’ (Yamagata District, Japan)

True Mother said the following on the construction of True Parents’ life museum:“I will make a museum about True Parents’ life courses. It should not just have the contents of True Parents’ achievements and life course, but it should have future-oriented contents.” (Nov.11.2014. Cheon Jeong Gung Museum). She named the new place Cheonji Sunhak Won museum, hoping that those who visit the museum resemble True Parents and join in their work.


2016.8.1. True Parents speaking at the ‘2016 Global Top Gun Youth Workshop’

True Mother has a great sense of duty for the Cheonji Sunhak Won museum. In 2015, she talked many times about the detailed conceptions of HJ Cheon Won Cheongpyeong Providence for the restoration of heaven and earth which is True Parents’ will. Two months following the previous speech she told us when the Cheonji Sunhak Won museum is going to be completed.“What did I say I would build for the eternal Holy Land before the world by 2020? 2016.8.2. Special Address by International President Sun Jin Moon at True Parents' HyoJeong Cheonwon Special Workshop

True Mother values the Cheonji Sunhak Won museum as her life. By building such a base amidst the Hyojeong Cheonwon Holy Ground, it wishes to reveal True Parents and save humanity. True Mother said, “My dream is your dream. You have to realize this will with True Mother before you die.” (Oct.6.2016. Yongpyong Resort) True Mother always walks the path of cosmic restoration alongside True Father. Therefore, in line with the providence, Hyojeong Cheonwon is the base for cosmic restoration. Not only can we achieve spiritual restoration but we can also prepare the base that can restore humanity through the Cheonji Sunhak Won museum.


2016. 8.18~20 2016 Autumn Cheongpyeong Special Great Works

True Parents once said that the family department should organize a genealogy of blessed families. After True Father’s Universal Seonghwa, True Mother emphasized several times to be noble blessed families and to build the CheonBo Won (Cheon Il Guk Genealogy Center).
“It is by no mistake that you are in the position in which you can remain in history. For a while now, I have directed World Headquarters to make a genealogy of the blessed families from around the world. You stand in the center of the providence, so you must fulfill Heavenly Parent and True Parents wish for one human family. Your achievements and accomplishments will be recorded and handed down as they are. You must put your best effort forward with diligence so that you can boast about Heavenly Parent and True Parents.” (2016.10.06, Yongpyeong Resort)


2017.4.3. True Parents looked at the construction site of HyoJeong Café next to the Cheongshim Tower

“I told you that you are in a blessed spot. You are in a position in which you can become a prestigious family. But a prestigious family can’t be at any other time. This family needs to fulfill their loyal and filial duty as Cheon Il Guk Citizens for the next 1st, 2nd and 3rd generations in front of Heavenly Parent and True Parents.” (2016.08.11, Cheon Jeong Gung)
On March 27, 2017, the employees of HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center welcomed True Mother at the Tree of Love. True Mother showed great interest and love as she looked around the 3rd floor of the Cheonseong Wanglim Palace. At the store, True Mother talked about the CheonBo Won, saying that blessed families should fulfill their responsibility on earth and liberate their ancestors so that the spirit world and physical world will be in full cooperation with each other. 2017.3.27 True Parents told them to remodel the third floor as an educational facilities for VIPs

“We need to get a thousand troops supporting us. Blessed families on earth must fulfill their responsibilities and ancestors in the spirit world must be liberated. We must fulfill God’s dream. In the spirit world, there will be records forever of what your family has done on earth.” (March 27, 2017)
True Mother repeatedly emphasized the CheonBo Won at the “National Pastors Assembly (March 29th) and on the “57th Anniversary of True Parents’ Wedding (April 12th).


2017.3.27. True Parents mentioned a plan to build the Cheong Il Guk Genealogy Center at the Tree of Love Plaza

“I am going to build a CheonBo Won at Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center. If you can get there with pride, that would be good. I am going to make a place where your descendants can live and say, ‘I am proud and grateful for my ancestors.’” (March 29, 2017)
“It won’t be just your name that will remain forever. I need results. That is why I am going to make a CheonBo Won. Blessed families are in the position of past, present and future ancestors. It is all up to you. You must fulfill your responsibilities as Tribal Messiahship. You should be proud of True Parents and let the world know.” (April 12, 2017)


2017.4.12. True Parents repeatedly emphasized the Cheon Il Guk Genealogy Center at the “National Pastors’ Assembly”
