During the dedication ceremony for the HJ Magnolia International Hospital on February 5, 2003, True Parents prayed for the Hospital, expressing their hope that all patients who are treated in this place will be under the direct guidance and dominion of Heaven, and that a new wave of Heaven’s works can pass through this hospital so that it can contribute in expanding God’s foothold in fulfilling His Will. They bestowed the calligraphic writing, ‘Unification of the pristine mind and heavenly heart can be completed through one heart and one mind.’

On May 8, 2023, a dedication ceremony was held for HJ Marina (now Gapyeong Marina) and HJ Cruise (now Gapyeong Cruise) with the presence of True Parents. Following the dedication ceremony for HJ Garden (now Gapyeong Begonia Bird Park), which True Mother presided over, she promptly moved to HJ Marina to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Holy Birth of True Parents. There, she dedicated HJ Marina and HJ Cruise with a sense of triumph. True Mother successfully realized a dream that True Father had cherished for 60 years through the HJ Cruise project. Prior to Heaven, True Mother dedicated HJ Garden and HJ Cruise, symbolizing the land, sea, and air, thereby giving glory to the Heavenly Parent who created all things. This celebration marked a significant providential day, signifying the liberation and complete freedom of all things. On May 18, a Boarding Ceremony for HJ Cruise and HJ Marina took place with the presence of True Parents. Upon arrival at HJ Marina, True Mother promptly boarded HJ Cruise. Surrounded by the picturesque scenery of the Bukhan River and accompanied by the enchanting melodies of a traditional Korean music trio onboard, True Mother inaugurated the millennium-long journey along the Bukhan River.

“Dear Heavenly Parent! Today, I can feel the subtlety of Your creation as we dedicate the magnificent Magnolia Meotjib. The white and lily magnolia flowers let us know when spring arrives after the frigid winter season, which they have endured with such nobility and strength. This building can express chastity and love for nature. We will feel joy and gratitude as if we have found an oasis in a difficult world (where we were in a desert, blinded by the sun, but had found shade and relief…). We will feel your love through this building.
Heavenly Parent! What is the purpose of human life? It is all aimed at reaching You. However, the lives that are stuck in the secular world are self-centered. Magnolia Meotjib will be the starting point of the HyoJeong Cheonwon, and will be the place where we learn about True Parents’ true love and how to selflessly take care of others. It will serve as a medium for true love, where we can seek hope for the future. Please let every footstep of the people who visit here connect with true love and find the original shimjeong (heart) of their Heavenly Parent.

29CheongShim Peace World Center

The CheongShim Peace World Center dedication ceremony was held on March 22, 2012. On this day, the True Parents gave congratulatory words for the CheongShim Peace World Center, saying, "We have set up a space where the whole human family can experience the glory of delight." They also said that "We have established numerous organizations for religion, society, culture, education and media to realize world peace in this land" and emphasized that "the CheongShim Peace World Center has such a meaning." During the dedication ceremony for the CheongShim Peace World Center, True Parents unveiled the calligraphic writing, "True Parents of Heavenly Love and Original Homeland of Heavenly Love." It means heavenly love is realized through True Parents and Hyojeong Cheonwon Holy Ground.

30Hyojeong Cultural Center


The dedication ceremony for the CheongShim International Youth Center was held on November 12, 2004 on the 45th True Children's Day.

True Parents bestowed the calligraphic writing, "Revolutionary Upheaval in Heaven and Earth, Sweeping Change that Sends Tremors to Heaven Shall Achieve Total Harmony."

The dedication ceremony for the CheongShim International Academy was held on February 24, 2006. At this ceremony, True Parents expressed their wish for the Academy, True Parents bestowed the calligraphic writing, "Everlasting Blessed Land of Pristine Depth, Pristine Emotion, and Pristine Harmony," and took part in planting commemorative trees to mark the occasion.

“Honorable distinguished guests! Beloved family members! Staff from the Cheongpyeong Training Center, medical center and construction workers who have been working hard day and night in the construction site! I am sincerely grateful for having been able to construct such a magnificent hospital that has beautiful exterior, with cutting-edge medical facilities and equipment in this place Cheongpyeong, the eternal holy ground of humanity and homeland of shimjeong (heart).
Everyone! We are in a historic position today. Here is a sacred ceremony to dedicate this CheongShim Medical Center, which is constructed by all members’ devotion for the last few years under the guidance of my son Heung Jin in the spirit world and Dae Mo Nim to God and True Parents. (syncopation)
Cheongpyeong Providence began with the construction of a temple for the public hearing, inviting the Christian pastors 32 years ago in 1971. Since True Father sweated to build the providential scene with hammering and pickaxing, we can feel the soul of the Heavenly works of the restoration of indemnity in the age of today’s victory. Looking back on the providence of the past, it was the heartbroken, suffering and painful path to the providence until today’s impressive victory.
Beloved family members! You will have to reflect on the providence again and pledge your loyalty and filial heart with gratitude for God and True Parents’ works. Please bear in mind that true love inherited to you is never easily obtained and you should deeply engrave in your mind that true love is the fruit of pure blood, sweat and tears of True Parents and True Family. In order to give birth to the new life, you have to risk your own physical life. It is the fruits of thousands of crosses that have defeated all the power of Satan who has been there for 6,000 years. The true love, true life and true lineage was born through it. On January 13, 2001, True Parents finally dedicated the ‘Coronation of God's Kingship’ on the basis of paying for the indemnity of restoring the human history through Their whole life and subjugating evil naturally. We found the Fatherland of God and the Cheon Il Guk, and on top of that, We settled the original world of the new heaven and the new earth through the ‘Realm of Life of the Completed Settlement and Unity of the Parents of Heaven and Earth’, and the ideal of God’s creation was achieved by the unity of the spiritual world and the physical world centering on the Parents of Heaven and Earth through the ‘Special Rallies for the Harmony and Unity of Heaven and Earth.’ In accordance with this providence, True Parents have cleared all the past that unification blessed families were not filial and loyal to Heaven and conducted the Holy Burning Ceremony for the Peace, Unity and Liberation of Heaven and Earth for a new start. They also opened the era of equalization for peace and unity and blessed the blessed families as the owners of Cheon Il Guk.
Family members! How amazing is it to see that the providence is spreading and welcoming True Parents’ birthday in the 3rd year of Cheon Il Guk? As the Cheon Il Guk, the ideal world of the original nature of creation achieved by Heavenly Parent’s poignant wish, was opened, True Parents’ Holy Wedding Blessing ceremony was held.
What a profound victory is it that the Holy Wedding Ceremony was held on the basis of the countries of the world fit in the ideal of creation and that it was officiated by God with His kingship in heaven and on earth and all blessed families and all things in heaven and on earth harmonized on this ceremony? On this victorious foundation, the Coronation of the King of the Blessed Families of the Peace and Unity of the Cosmic True Parents of Heaven and Earth will be held. God’s Kingdom of the original nature of creation will be settled in this land through True Parents, and the Cheon Il Guk of free, peace and happiness will be opened wide. Since the providence of God has begun, there has been no such day of joy and emotional victory as this.
In this flow of the providence, the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center was always in the most vital position. God’s providence was a path of the restoration of indemnity going through the fierce battle with Satan and offering sincere devotion. Cheongpyeong is a place filled with True Parenst’ devotion for the providence and the traces of Their presence. Here is the place you can feel Their deeply planted resentment for the restoration and providential stories. True Parents proclaimed in Cheongpyeong before Heaven and earth the victory of the war with Satan’s sovereignty from around the world. Especially in 2000, when the providence came to full bloom, True Parents held the ceremony of the emancipation and unification of the spirit world centering on Heung Jin, commander-in-chief, to regain order in the spirit world. True Children, Four Saints, and the blessed families in the spirit world were united under the leadership of the Heung Jin. True Parents established a new order. On that basis, the historic Coronation of God's Kingship’ was held on January 13, 2001.
My beloved family! The Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center is home to the hearts of world family members. It is a place of precious providence inherited from the heart and love of True Parents as restored Eden. (Garden of Eden) In addition, Cheongpyeong is like the original womb for all humanity as well as the blessed families in our unification movement to be reborn and their pain relieved through Heung Jin and Dae Mo Nim. It is a place where the absolute good spirits and angels in the spirit world act in an orderly way under the guidance of Heung Jin and awaken people to become children of new Heaven through their repentance, reflection, removal of evil spirits and healing. It is the place to achieve one heart, one body, one mindset, one harmony. It is also the center of a new history where the spirit and the physical world are united and spread Cheon Il Guk. The human being is the dual structure of a spiritual body and a physical body. Originally, it had to be a whole character of mind and body, but the mind and body came to conflict because of the fall. Humans became the substantial beings of the contradiction of good and evil. Spirit and physical body was sickened. Therefore it was God’ will to rebuild it into its original form and to form a new child.
We have seen the works of many rebirths and resurrections in the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center under the guidance of Heung Jin and Dae Mo Nim. I am really happy when I think that this CheongShim Medical Center will develop beyond our expectation into a new dimension. With spiritual healing, this Medical center will be able to cure their spiritual sickness and physical sickness all together. That’s why I came to decide to build this magnificent CheongShim Medical center and dedicate it to God and True Parents. This will be the blessed institution that can restore them to their original nature of creation form by completely healing diseases of human beings both spiritually and physically while the Cheonpyeong Training Center and CheongShim Medical Center are in harmony with each other in the future. I sincerely hope that it will develop indefinitely as the ultimate educational and therapeutic center saving all humankind.
Distinguished and honored guests, and beloved family members! On this precious day, we will return to God and True Parents limitless honor and glory. I pray for this CheongShim Medical Center to become a good and proud institution to contribute to the development of God's providence of restoration for human in response to the expectation of True Parents.

33Sunhak Universal Peace Graduate University



During the dedication ceremony for the CheongShim Graduate School of Theology on January 28, 2004, True Parents expressed their desire to "educate people through this institution so that they can understand heaven, earth and humankind in God’s new, ideal world that transcends religion and nation, recognize the owner that stands before heaven, and attend that owner as the ideal creator, the true parent and the true teacher for all generations." True Parents also prayed that "God's beloved descendants can grow, blossom and give off a fragrance to become a garden of hope that serves as the pillar of the cosmos here in the CheongShim area upon which the morning sunlight shines." True Father wrote in calligraphy "Offering Virtue, Learning and Practice will Bring Many Blessings and Prosperity for Eternity." In March, 2004, the first entrance ceremony was held.

“Through this graduate school of theology we would like to educate talented young people to understand heaven, earth and humanity and to realize that there is an Owner of heaven. Thereby they can attend You eternally as the Owner, the ideal Creator, True Parent and True Teacher, helping to establish Your new ideal world that transcends religions and nations. We offer this entire institution to You. Please receive it.” (Chambumo Gyeong, Book 9, Chapter 3, Section 2, No.14, 2004.01.28)
On September 2, 2012, while True Mother was touring the Yeosu and Ocean Cheon Jeong Gung (in Geomun-do), True Mother established the Universal Peace Academy, a training academy for leaders of the Unification movement. So for the first class of UPA students, 2nd generation from around the world were recruited.

And on March 4, 2013, first entrance ceremony for UPA cadets was held at the SunHak Universal Peace Graduate University.

Throughout the 63 years of True Parents' journey since their Holy Birth, Your ideal of creation has been fulfilled. We are filled with deep apologies and gratitude towards Heavenly Parent. Despite the many difficulties leading up to this day, we cannot express enough our excitement, thrill, and gratitude to be able to dedicate this Cheonwon Gung Cheon Il Sanctum, where we elevate the glory of Heavenly Parent under Your blessing. Heavenly Parents, please accept our jeongseong. While there are still areas that require improvement, we are committed to ensuring that the Cheonwon Gung Entrance Ceremony planned for next year in 2024 is flawlessly organized and prepared in every aspect. Our goal is to expand the environment in which Heavenly Parent can directly begin their providential work on earth alongside True Parents. Heavenly Parent, please grant us the wisdom and ability to fulfill Your desires. May there come a blessed day when people from all corners of the world, who can receive Your love residing in Cheon Il Guk, can rise up. During True Parents' prayer on June 13, 2006 at the Cheon Jeong Gung Palace Entrance Ceremony and Coronation of True Parents as the King and Queen of Peace in Heaven and Earth held at Cheon Jeong Gung, they designated the palace site as the point of settlement enabling Heaven's love and life to bond together and the eternal lineage of the Parents of Heaven and Earth to take root on the earth. During the commemoration of their entrance into Cheon Jeong Gung Palace on June 16, True Father wrote in calligraphy, "Cheon Il Guk Emperor of Truth, Holiness and Virtue, Enthroned Sovereign of Absolute Victory over All People, Holy Reign of Peace and Prosperity in Everything."

"Heavenly Father, we completed the Enthronement Ceremony for God’s Kingship, which offered the kingship to You, centering on the name of Cheon Il Guk. And this is the place where we are about to hold the Coronation Ceremony uniting the Parent of the Cosmos, the Parents of Heaven and Earth, and the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, representing that kingship, so that they can be enthroned together as the king of kings of goodness.As I speak before You, Heavenly Father, I stand before You as a free man with no burdens weighing me down, having completed all my responsibilities, in order to establish Your victorious foundation. I have prepared for You a worldwide domain in the form of a unified family within the realm of one heart, following Your ideal of Cheon Il Guk, in order that You can become the Owner who can recover the heritage that Adam lost in Eden, and so that the chaotic world that resulted from Cain’s murder of Abel will accept you as Lord, for the sake of finding Your nation, where there is no fighting between Cain and Abel."
