May the blessings and love of our Heavenly Parent and True Parents be with all mission nations. 

In February 1999, True Parents said, “Let the children, who were born as 2nd or 3rd generation of blessed families and who ascended before receiving the Blessing, grow and receive the Blessing Ceremony.” 

  Also, in April 2016, True Parents said, “Hold a Blessing Ceremony for unmarried spirits every 3 years in Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center, and have Director Ki-Seong Lee preside over their engagement ceremony.” In accordance, we held a Blessing Ceremony for Unmarried Blessed Children in the Spirit World in December 2017, and it is a pleasure to announce that we will be holding the next Blessing Ceremony for Unmarried Ascended Blessed Children this December 2020, which is exactly three years since the last occasion.  

  Among those blessed families who have liberated their blessed children in the spiritual world and would like them to receive the Blessing, please refer to the criteria below to check whether they are eligible for this Blessing. Please make sure you register before the deadline. 

  Please note that this official memo is intended for members living outside of Korea and Japan. 

1. Blessing date and time: December 19, 2020 (Sat) 10:00am ~ 5:00pm Korea time  (The ceremony will be conducted online) 

2. Venue: Each candidate parents’ respective church 

3. Program 

※ Parents with children who are confirmed to be matched are asked to register for this December’s 2-day workshop.   

※ We ask for the cooperation of each church to prepare a room and make all preparations for the parents to participate online. Both sets of parents must be connected and in place by 9:30 AM.  

※ Participation method, link and password, will be provided in a later memo.  

4.  Eligible Candidates:

A.    Ascended Blessed Children: should be 16 years of age or older according to their age on earth (birthday of the ascended child should be before December 18, 2004, and more than 2 years must have passed since the day of their liberation (the day of the liberation should be before December 18, 2018).

B.   Blessed children who passed away before the age of 16 are eligible only if the parents received the ‘Holy candle for ascended Blessed Children’ and offered jeongseong for at least 2 years. 

C.   Blessing Participants : Those parents, who submit their matching application form to the training center within the given time-period, and later receive an official notice that their child has been matched. (Both sets of parents should ideally be in attendance, but in case of unavoidable circumstances, at least one from each set should attend).

6. How to apply for the matching: Please fill out the matching application form accompanying this official memo and submit it to the email below.

B.   Application deadline : October 31, 2020

C.   Matching Ceremony : November 11, 2020

D.   If your child is matched, the training center will contact you individually, and you will then receive the “Blessing Application Form.” Parents are advised to sign the form and send it back to the training center. 

E.   Blessing application deadline: November 30, 2020 

F.   The blessing donation along with workshop fees should be paid by December 16, 2020.

7. For those candidates who could not yet be matched   

A.    Recently, the number of sisters who ascended to the spirit world is much lower than that of brothers. Acknowledging this situation, on August 5, 2017, True Mother allowed the Blessing of unmarried 2nd and 3rd generation brothers in the spiritual world to 1st generation sisters in the spiritual world born from previously married blessed couples, single blessing couples, and spirit world and physical world blessed couples. This, however, is possible only if the family of the blessed child are willing. In this case, the couple will be considered a 2nd generation couple. 

        If you wish your son to be matched to a first generation single sister in the spirit world in case a matching to a 2nd generation sister has not been possible, please mark the box “Possible to be blessed with a first generation single sister in the spirit world” in the matching application form

       (If you do not mark this box, you can re-apply for the matching in 3 years’ time).   

B.    If you are a Previously Married Blessed Couple / Single Blessing / Spirit World and Physical World Blessed Couple that has liberated a first generation single sister in the spirit world (daughter/granddaughter), and wish to bless her with a 2nd generation brother in the spirit world, please fill out the matching application form. However, please read the required conditions below :

8. Points to Consider: 

A.    Parents who applied for the liberation of the blessed children should apply for their matching and participate in the Blessing Ceremony. In an unavoidable situation where the parents cannot participate, a family member 18 years of age or older or a church leader may participate on their behalf. 

B.    Also, in the case of parents who have liberated their ascended blessed children, but cannot attend as they have also ascended, and thus, cannot apply for the matching, it is possible for a member who can be responsible for the blessed child in the spirit world to apply and bless the child on behalf of the parents. 

C.    After the match has been confirmed (after submitting the application form), it is not possible to cancel for any reason. Please consult carefully with your family members before applying so that it can be a precious Blessing Ceremony for everyone.
