Recruiting participants in 'Azalea Han-madang Festival'

The final day of the 'Purification Azalea Festival for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune' we will be conducting the entertainment program of 'Azalea Han-madang Festival'.

Members from around the world will be performing songs, dances and other performances. This is a time for members from around the world to exchange their different culture and also have a great time. Therefore, we would like many people to participate in the program.

1. Event outline

*Event Name: Azalea Han-madang Festival

*Date and Time: from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on May 7, 2006 (Sunday)

*Stage: A stage will be specially prepared in front of the Jeongshim Won (Prayer Hall)

*Performing Acts: Song, Dance etc.

*Performing Time: Each teams will have around 5 minutes to perform

*Who can participate: Members from around the world. You may join either by yourself, in a group or as a church (no limit to number of participants)

2. Program

*First half: Performance by members from around the world.

*Second half: Performance from entertainers

*Award Ceremony as well as Prizes for Raffle winners

4. Audition Dates Updated!

1) Place: Choeongseong Wanglim Palace (Heavenly Palace) main stage

2) Things to Prepare: Those things necessary to perform your act

3) Application: After registration for a workshop, please give the application form to the above people in charge.

5. List of Awards to be given:

*Gift Certificate for all the participants

*Dae Mo Nim is scheduled to give out the awards

5 best teams will be selected for their performance (Trophy or and reward)

Award for the very best (1 team)

Award for excellent performance (1 team)

Appraisal Award (1 team)

Popularity Award (2 teams)
