“Summer Cheongpyeong Special Workshop and Cultural Festival for Blessed Children”

 

We pray that the blessing of Heavenly Parents and the True Parents will always be with you.

 

Every year in Cheongpyeong, we have prepared programs for the Blessed Children who come to Cheongpyeong Training Center during their summer vacations as we held the ‘Summer Special Great Works’, however, due to the ‘True Father’s Universal Seonghwa 1st Year Anniversary Memorial Ceremony’ we have prepared a special workshop separately from the Summer Special Great Works.

 

We have prepared various programs during this period; Food Event, World Seonghwa Cultural Festival, World Blessed Children Coming of Age Ceremony and other events for the Blessed Children. We will be holding the ‘Summer Cheongpyeong Special Workshop and Cultural Festival for Blessed Children’ according to the below information so we would like to have many members participating.

Summer Cheongpyeong Special Workshop and Cultural Festival for Blessed Children

 

1. Time Period: 7.3 – 5 by the Heavenly Calendar, 1st Year of Cheon Il Guk

                        August 9 (Fri) - August 11 (Sun), 2013

 

2. Place: Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center

 

3. Participants: Korea, Japan Seonghwa 14-day Workshop participants, International 40-day Workshop participants and all the other Seonghwa students (blessed children) who would like to attend this special workshop

 

4. Main Programs: Food event, World Seonghwa Cultural Festival, Coming of Age Ceremony and etc.

5. World Seonghwa Cultural Festival  

 

1) Eligible Participants: All the Blessed Children attending a workshop at Cheongpyeong (Those who come only for this workshop are eligible to attend)

 

2) Performances:

 

-Song, dance, music instruments and interesting contents (Plays and skits are excluded)

 

- Time: 5 minutes

 

3) Awarding Ceremony

 

- 1st Prize (1 team), 2nd Prize (1 team), 3rd Prize (1 team), Encouragement Prize (3 teams)

 

-Monetary prize will be given

 

4) Registration for Performance Teams

 

- Selection of teams: After selecting each teams from each continent, Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center will select 6 teams. We will let each continents know who will be performing.

 

5) Registration Period: Until 6.8 by the heavenly calendar (Solar: 7/15)

 

6) Registration Method: send in a performance video with application forms

 

7) Registration Method: Send in via E-mail or bring it to Cheongpyeong

7. Medical Insurance for Traveling Abroad (Traveler’s Insurance)

 

1) Even if you obtain traveler’s insurance, you will be asked to pay the hospital fee first, and then get reimbursed later. Please prepare extra cash for emergency medical expenses.

 

2) If you have appropriate insurance, you can receive medical treatment without paying the whole payment, by paying the required deduction amount plus your percentage of the total subsequent costs according to the contract you made with the company. But please check all details with the company as to whether or not it can be used in South Korea.
