■ Information of Contracting

· Contracting Conditions

① Term of Contract : By permanent and occupancy type, people can enter by the time of discharge.

② During the term of contract, occupancy deposits shall not be increased.

③ Monthly living expenses can be increased or decreased subject to prices fluctuations. (Once a year)

④ By voluntary intention of discharge, following terms and conditions shall be applicable.

※ In discharging within 3 years from occupancy

Floor cover, wall paper, fixtures shall be restored at their own expenses or reimbursed by the payment prescribed by the operator.

※ In discharging after 3 years after occupancy

 - Korea : All lease deposits of totaloccupancy monies and 15 year equal installments deducted balance of prepaid monies shall be returned.

 - Japan : Total occupancy monies shall be returned  by 20 equal installments deducted balance.

⑤ In dying after occupancy : Even within 3 year residence after occupancy, 15 year or 20 year equal installments deducted balance shall be returned  according to occupancy years.

⑥ This occupancy right shall not be transferred, nor leased to a third party.

⑦ Cancellation of contract before contract(application) : In wishing to cancel this contract before occupancy after contracting, balance shall be returned after 10% of the return monies as a penalty deducted.

■ Required Matters in Contracting

♣ In case of principal (spouse) applying

① Down-payment (Non-bank book deposit receipt showing the deposit of down-payment by pyong type)

② Two photos of the occupant

③ One copy of passport

④ One copy of foreigner registration

⑤ One copy of health diagnosis

■ Cautions

 ① In case of that a contract is found to be concluded in a unqualified or illegal method after contracting, the contract can be unilaterally cancelled.

 ② In case of that the documents submitted at application turn out to be false, the application can be null and void and the concluded contract can be cancelled.
