Information Concerning the
‘Hyojeong CheonBo Special Great Works
Commemorating the 14th Anniversary of the Holy Ascension
of Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven,
Earth and Humankind’


May the blessings and love of our Heavenly Parent and True Parents be with all mission nations.

This August, “Hyojeong CheonBo Special Workshop” will be held as the “Hyojeong CheonBo Special Great Works Commemorating the 14th Anniversary of the Holy Ascension of Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind” and this will be conducted as an online (livestream) video broadcast workshop together with onsite attendance at the training center.

The upcoming Great Works will feature key events at the Main Hall, including the Hyojeong Offering Ceremony, Cheonsimwon Special Vigil Devotion, Ancestor Liberation and Blessing Ceremonies, and the Blessing Ceremony for Single 1st-Generation Spirits. Alongside these, various grace-filled programs tailored for this special occasion have been arranged. We warmly invite you to join us either in person or online to receive the abundant heavenly grace and fortune from the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. We deeply appreciate your devotion and active participation.

Please note that this official memo is intended for members living outside of Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.


1. Event Date: August 28 (Fri) ~ 30 (Sun) (Korean Standard Time)
* Detailed Schedule will be announced through ‘Great Work Special Webpage (main page of HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center Homepage)’ around August 17 (Mon).
* You can watch the VOD in all available languages except Japanese from August 29th (Sat) at 6:00 PM to August 31st (Mon) at 6:00 PM.
* After that, from August 31st (Mon) at 6:00 PM to September 6th (Sun) at 6:00 PM, the VOD will be available in English only.
* The VOD schedule may be subject to change depending on the circumstances of each branch.


2. Registration Deadline (Registration available from August 3)
A. Registration for Ancestor Liberation and Blessing: By August 24 (Mon), 18:00 (KST)
B. Registration for Participation Only: By August 24 (Mon), 18:00 (KST)
* As requested by Heavenly North America branch, we will only be accepting workshop fees and offering papers for the Great Works from members of Heavenly North America. Members from Heavenly North America should register for Ancestor Liberation and Blessing's during their branch workshops. (However, members of Heavenly North America are also eligible to apply for the Blessing Ceremony for Single 1st-Generation Spirits.)


3. Online Participation Method:
A. Members can access the link from the homepage on the day of the event. (en.hjcbt.org)
* Click the banner that says "Watch Live" on the first page.
* Preparation video will be played 30 minutes before the Great Work begins. For a smooth experience, we kindly ask all participants to start watching the live stream in advance.
B. Sharing or recording the event is not permitted.


4. Great Works Attendance Locations:
Participation in the Great Works is permitted not only at the Training Center, churches, or private homes, but also at other suitable locations, provided that the place is quiet and does not cause inconvenience or disturbance to others.
A. Attendance from a church or church facility
1) The following members should attend from a church or church facility.
a) Members experiencing internet or Wi-Fi issues
b) Members who, due to various difficulties, are unable to view the Great Works live broadcast at home (For example; home environment or lack of support from family members).
B. Attendance from a blessed families’ home
1) In the family, those attending can clap and pat their own body to separate spirits from themselves during the Chanyang Yeoksa but it should not be done unto other individuals.
2) Items to prepare at home:
a) True Parents’ official portrait picture
b) Hyojeong Won (Recommended)
c) Holy Robes (Recommended for members participating in the Ancestor Blessing)


5. Important Notice Regarding Proxy Registration
A. Eligible Categories for Proxy Registration: Family members or members of the same church (including church leaders/officials)
B. General Proxy Registration for Non-Members (Devotional Registration): Relatives not registered with the church, Ambassadors for Peace, and Witnessing guest.


6. Onsite Participant Registration
A. Method for Individual Registration:
1) Create an account for the CheonBo Training Center Website in advance if you don’t have one.
2) Access the new registration webpage for the Great Works via HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center Website (en.hjcbt.org).
3) Complete the workshop application on the registration page. You may refer to the PDF instructions if you are having difficulty.
4) Send the workshop registration fee via bank wire or by secure airmail before the deadline.
5) After sending your donation please send us a copy of your bank receipt by email. If you are sending your donation through another person, please have that representative send us an itemized breakdown of what the donation covers along with the bank wire receipt.
6) Once the workshop registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, or if you applied through the website, you can check the website to know if your registration was confirmed.
7) Please access the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center website on the day of participation.
B. Method for Group Registration:
Nations that wish to register a large number of people will need to receive the application form for groups from the CheonBo Training Center by emailing cpintl2013@gmail.com. Any forms other than the training center’s form will not be accepted.
1) Request and receive the application form for groups from the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center International Team (cpintl2013@gmail.com).
2) Send in the final completed form and bank wire receipt before the deadline.
3) Please access the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center website on the day of participation.
C. Sharing or recording the event is not permitted.
D. Workshop Participation Fees
1) Online participation: There are new workshop fee standards for the online workshops based on the donation standards for each nation group. For detailed fee information, please contact the International Education Department or your branch’s person in charge.
2) Onsite Participation: HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center

* Depending on the number of sets of ancestors you are liberating and blessing,
the workshop participation fees may increase. Please refer to the calculator
and education section on the website to calculate this accurately.
